Everyday morning after finishing work, I go to Evelyn’s for one Colombian supremo coffee or a mocha and I taste it with lot of pleasure, because this significate that I’m done and I can now go for ski and for a good rest!

Six years ago, I arrived in Banff without knowing where I could find a job…
Then, I got hired at Evelyn’s coffee and started my first morning at 6h30 am with Evelyn!!
She was professional, a real business woman.
I don’t know if Mike is still working as manager, but I will never forget my summer working at Evelyn’s coffee and bar. The team work was amazing.
Today, I’m a full time mother and I can’t forget the goodness of a hot «Chaï latte» at Evelyn’s. One day, I’ll come back with my husband and daughter. Good Summer!!

We just came across the website! AWESOME!! It looks great and I LOVE the facebook application! Mike and I still find ourselves talking about Evelyn’s regularly and can’t wait to come back for a visit.

Had an amazing time working in the 2004-2005 season. Miss evelyns loads. Myself and Inga are always chatting about the great times we had.

Good morning from a not so sunny London, England!
I visited Banff in May 2007. It was meant to be just an overnight stay but due to having the biggest and best mug of tea ever, I ended up staying for 3 nights.
Being English we’re known for drinking lots of tea, and Evelyn’s was soo good its definitely worth travelling 10 hours for another!

Love Evelyn’s - best coffee in Banff. Have been to Banff four times and always end up eating and drinking in Evelyns. My friends mike and ida used to make the muffins for Evelyn’s and I totally recomment the chocolate and banana.
Keep up the good work and I hope to visit again soon.

My first stop when ever I visit Banff is Evelyn’s. Must have the Roasted Chicken Sandwich. It’s not the same when I make it at home here in Edmonton. Then there is the Apple Pie. Oh so good! And to wash it all down… a Hot Chocolate with Chocolate Whip Cream!!!
